Privacy policy

This policy explains what Kaizen Growth LLC (“Kaizen Growth”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use kaizengrowth.us or contact us, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, business or venue name, email address, and anything you write in the message field.
• Opt-in form: the above, plus your mobile phone number and a record of the consent boxes you ticked, with the date and time.
• Email and phone: anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability.
• No advertising or analytics cookies. This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not track you across other websites.
• Fonts. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle it.

2. How we use it

• To reply to you and to schedule and hold calls.
• To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
• To send text messages, only if you gave express written consent on the opt-in form.
• To send email, only if you asked for it or you are a client and it concerns your work.
• To keep records we are required to keep, including records of consent.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

3. Text messages

If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number to send the messages described on the opt-in page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the business. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Formspree receives and forwards submissions from the forms on this site.
• Our hosting provider serves these pages and keeps server logs.
• Email and CRM software stores our correspondence with you and, for clients, the record of the work.
• Messaging providers deliver text messages you have consented to receive.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only: with the providers above; when you ask us to; or when we are legally required to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile information for anyone else’s marketing.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Consent records are kept for as long as we are required to be able to evidence consent. Client records are kept for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes.

7. Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing email.
• Email info@kaizengrowth.us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask and we will honour them.

8. Security

Information is held in access-controlled accounts with reputable providers and transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Children

This site is for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle information you have already given us will be notified by email where we have one.
