Kaizen / Marketing, handled
The marketing
you're doing
yourself
No posting at midnight, no chasing reviews, no logging into Google to fix your own hours. This is everything a venue needs kept running, handled for you, so it stops being the thing you do after close.
Why bother
You did not
open a bay

Most owners end up doing the marketing themselves, not because they want to, but because it is small enough to feel like it should only take a minute. A post here, a reply to a review there, the website that has said the same thing for two years.
None of it is hard. All of it is recurring, and it lands at the end of a shift when the last thing you want is to be rewriting your own hours on Google.
This is the part we take off your desk. You do not have to be a Season Fill client to buy it, and it is quoted entirely on its own.
What we take over
Year-round services
Built once, kept current
Hand-coded, no page builder, no plugin sprawl, loads fast on a phone in a car park. Hours, pricing, league dates and holiday closures get changed by us when they change, not the next time you remember. You own the code and the domain.
- The site you are reading is the reference: this is what the work looks like
- Deployed to Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages, where hosting is usually free at this size
- Booking links wired to whatever software you already run on
Google Business Profile and the rest
The single highest-traffic page most venues have is the one they never log into. Hours, photos, services, holiday updates and Q and A kept accurate everywhere someone searching "indoor golf near me" is going to land.
Posted properly, on a schedule
League sign-ups, event nights, openings, the good simulator footage. Written, scheduled and posted for you, with a monthly plan you approve in one sitting instead of a group chat at midnight.
Your list, actually used
Most venues have thousands of past customers sitting in their booking software and contact nobody. Monthly sends, league and event announcements, and win-back messages to people who have not been in for a while, with consent handled correctly.
Asked for, and answered
An automatic ask after a booking, and a reply to every review inside a day, including the bad ones. Reviews are the closest thing a venue has to a storefront window.
How it is bought
Monthly business
maintenance
The website is a project with an end. The rest is standing work, held on a flat monthly for whichever pieces you actually want. Take one, take all four, change your mind in March.
No long contract. Fourteen days notice, and everything already lives in accounts you own, so leaving costs you nothing but the notice.
This is not Season Fill
Season Fill is a 90 day program aimed at one number: revenue that lands outside your season. This page is maintenance, and the two are bought separately.
