Kaizen Growth · Year-round revenue for indoor golf venues
Five monthspay for twelve
Indoor golf earns most of its money in a short cold season. We build the leagues, memberships and group bookings that carry a venue through the other seven months. Indoor golf venues only. It is the only thing we do.
The problem
The seven
months
nobody
plans for
Nobody has a booking problem in January. The bays fill the week the weather turns, the leagues run, and the sheet looks after itself.
Then April arrives. The courses open, the same customers spend the next seven months playing outside, and the room stops earning against a lease that never moved.
The math
What the
gap costs
These are the numbers the industry runs on. Put your own lease and your own bay rate against them and the size of the off-season stops being a feeling and starts being a figure.

What we do
One thing,
on purpose
Kaizen Growth does not do brand books, logo refreshes, or a social calendar that keeps everyone busy. We build revenue that does not depend on the weather, and we organise everything else around that number.
Read the year
Twelve months of bookings, not ninety days. We find the exact week your season turns, what the drop costs at your own bay rate, and how many of last winter's customers never came back the following November.
Build what survives April
Products that keep billing when the weather is good: summer leagues, monthly memberships, coaching blocks, corporate and party packages, junior programs through the school break. Priced to hold up while the courses are open.
Sell it while they are here
The cheapest year-round customer is the one already standing in your bay in February. We put the offer in front of your peak-season traffic, your existing list and your local market, and answer enquiries in minutes rather than the next morning.
Hold it through the gap
Renewals, a rebooking cadence and a reactivation sequence that runs on its own through the quiet months, documented and handed over inside your own accounts.
Before you ask
“Summer is just slow here.”
It is slow everywhere. The question is whether it is slow because golfers left, or because nothing was ever sold to them that outlasts the season. Leagues, memberships and events get bought in advance and honoured in July.
“We already run ads.”
Most venues advertise hardest in the months they were going to be busy anyway, then go quiet when it actually matters. The spend is real. The timing works against you.
“What does it cost?”
Less than the gap, or we do not take the job. The number is set per venue against your own bay rate, which is why it gets quoted on the audit call rather than guessed at on a page.
How we work
Three venues
at a time
Season Fill is run by the person who sold it to you. The same operator reads the data, writes the offers, builds the campaigns and sits on the weekly call, which puts a hard ceiling of three venues at once on the whole thing.
We also do not take two venues in the same market. The offers we build for you are not going to turn up down the road eight weeks later under somebody else's name.

If it is taken by the time you call, we will say so on the call and give you the date the next one opens.
The free season audit
Twenty minutes,
twelve months
of bookings
Bring a year of booking data. We map where your season turns, put a number on the gap, and tell you whether it can be closed. Free, and you keep the number whether or not you ever hire us.
